How To Order?
Placing Order
To order, simply drop an email to starttoshopsisters@hotmail.com, indicating the following details, and wait for us to send you an invoice confirmation before making payment.
full name
local delivery address
item code number/s
quantity of the item
color of the item
Payment methods
1. ATM Fund Transfer, Internet Banking or Paypal to the following account:

PayPal
will provide details once order in place
Provide us with the needed details as stated in our email to facilitate us in the payment verification.
2. If payment is not received within 2 days after the order is placed, the order will be considered as void and the item(s) will be released for sales to other customers.
Shipping
1. Normal Postage per item: $1 (We will not be liable for item lost)
2. Registered Mail per item: $2.50 (highly Recommended!)
3. Meet Up (we will propose based on your mailing address)
4. Shipping overseas is also possible: rates to be advised upon confirmation of orders
Return Policy
1. Strictly NO refund. All items will be inspected before posting out.
2. However, items can be exchanged only for prominent manufacturer's defects.
3. Postage charges for all exchanges are to be borned by the customers.
4. All request for defective exchanges must be accompanied by

Order number
5. Exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from the date of despatch of your order.
6. If the same item is not available for exchange, customers are allowed to exchange for another different item of the same value or higher.
Sizes
All sizes are given by our suppliers.
Delivery Time for In Stock & Pre-order Items
In Stock items - 1 week or less
Pre-order items - 2-3weeks (We will inform customers the estimated delivery date once order placed with our manufacturers.)
